The white kitchen features a full-size refrigerator to keep your drinks and snacks cold, plenty of storage space in the cabinets, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar. Reheat leftovers in the microwave or make a homemade meal on the flat top stove, all while moving effortlessly through the spacious kitchen.

The fun continues as you push open one of the many sliding glass doors and step out onto the impressive waterfront pool area. The shady lanai overlooks the channel behind the home and has a large outdoor dining area with additional bar height seating. High-top seats on the other side of the kitchen window create a comfortable place to enjoy lunch in the shade, and the modern dining room table has seating for six. The spacious lanai has multiple ceiling fans to keep a breeze moving through the space and a BBQ for nights you want to cook outside.

There is a half bath directly adjacent to the pool, making it easy for family members outside to use the bathroom without tracking water through the house.

For those who want to work on their tan, there are plenty of sun loungers that can be pulled out onto the sun deck and closer to the pool. A bubbling hot tub spills over into the sparkling pool, and the entire space feels like a tropical oasis. Greenery and shrubs are strategically placed outside of the screened-in enclosure to ensure privacy.

This well-appointed home has three bedrooms. The master suite is a gorgeous blend of blues and browns and has a comfortable King size bed. Everything from the headboard on the bed to the wall décor is inspired by the unique characteristics of the island. This room has high ceilings, beach-themed décor, and private access out to the pool. Open up the doors to the armoire in the corner to access the flat-screen TV and watch all of your favorite shows from the comfort of the bed.

The master bathroom is a stylish combination of black and white accents, sleek tile, chrome and glass accents, and natural light. There is a garden tub underneath a wall of windows, two sinks, and a modern walk-in shower surrounded by glass doors.

The second bedroom has two twin beds and is just steps from the family bathroom. The family bathroom has a sleek mirrored vanity area, one sink, and a walk-in shower with glass doors.

The third bedroom has a Queen bed, hardwood floors and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A large window allows for plenty of natural light to fill the room, and soft linens and plush pillows create a soft and cozy place to unwind after a day at Tigertail Beach.

The laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer. Other extras, such as a pack n play, highchair, beach chairs, a beach cart, and beach accessories have been added to make sure everyone has everything they need for a five-star vacation.
