When you first walk in you’ll notice how the tile, wood accents and high end furniture all come together to create an open and airy common area. The front sitting room has two upscale couches, a glass top coffee table and large windows overlooking the front of the property. A large flat screen TV in this room gives guests the perfect place to watch their favorite movies or shows.

The dining room is complete with a glass top rectangular table and seating for six. Guests can enjoy dinner here overlooking the pool, and the open floor plan makes for a seamless transition from the dining area to the kitchen.

The gourmet kitchen features beautiful marble counters, intricate tile work on the walls, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and every utensil and tool you will need to feel right at home. All of the appliances are built directly into this custom kitchen, giving the chef in the family plenty of room to work. The kitchen flows directly into a second living room, and a high top snack bar with elevated seating serves as the transitional point. A small desk is a perfect place to pop open your laptop and connect to the Wi-Fi, and the room features a comfortable sofa (which pulls out into a bed) and additional seating.

The master bedroom is set right off of this living area and is complete with King size bed, ocean-themed décor and private access out to the pool. The master bathroom has a glass enclosed walk-in shower and elegant vanity area. The vanity features an expansive mirror, and double sinks. Soak your tired muscles in the deep jetted tub after a long day exploring the island.
The second bedroom has two twin beds with fun and colorful beach-themed décor. This room has two large windows overlooking the property, and a flat screen TV. This bedroom also has its own private bathroom, complete with tiled shower, double sinks, and plush towels

The third bedroom has a Queen size bed, a large closet to keep all of your belongings organized, and a flat-screen TV. All the bedrooms have tile floors, giving each space a clean and crisp feel. This bedroom is just steps from the family bathroom which has a glass-enclosed shower, single vanity, and pool access.

One of the main reasons guests keep coming back to this home is the luxurious pool and lanai area. The sparkling pool transitions slowly from shallow to deep, and steps at one end and a ladder at the other make it easy to get in and out. There is an expansive sun deck surrounding the pool and plenty of reclining sun loungers for guests who want to soak up the sun. The shaded lanai offers a reprieve from the sun and features plenty of outdoor seating and dining areas under the shade. The entire pool is screened in to allow the sun to flood in and keep dirt out. Fire up the BBQ for a poolside lunch that the whole family will love. A line of tropical trees and native plants line the back of the screened in enclosure for ultimate privacy.

This home is just minutes from all of the things the locals love about the island. Before you head down to the beach, grab some of the beach chairs (also provided) for a relaxing day in the sand and sea.

This home is 2,000 square feet of island-inspired luxury, and designed to give the active family everything they need to feel right at home while also giving them the ultimate Marco Island lifestyle experience.

Other things to note: Trailers are not allowed to be stored on property. (City Ordinance Sec. 50-37) We recommend Rose Marina or Walker Marina!
