This incredible 2 bedroom suite is located on the top floor of the luxurious South Seas Tower on Marco Island. With high-end furnishings, updated appliances, and a breathtaking view of the water, visitors can experience the authentic Marco Island lifestyle while feeling like they are at a five-star resort.
The main living room features a high-end wrap-around leather sofa with recliners. An elegant glass top coffee table sits in the middle of the room, and teal, gray, and white accents give the home a bright and clean feel. The reclining chair sits in front of a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, but it may be hard to focus on the TV with the unbelievable views from the balcony right outside.
A contemporary ceiling fan allows breezes to pass through this open space, and ocean-inspired artwork adorns the walls. The living room transitions into a formal dining area, complete with a rectangular dining room table and seating for 6. From the colorful wall-mounted artwork to the modern geometric hanging light fixture, this room feels very spacious and contemporary.

The view was beautiful. The check in process was not ideal. There were no keys for pickup in the lockbox. Everyone had to wait for someone to come and hand out the keys. Very disorganized. The other downfall was the showers had mold in the lower part of shower. The water did not drain very quickly. The bathroom sinks in both bathrooms had very low water pressure and no hot water. The couch was very nice with the reclining seating. One part of the couch was broken and did not recline.

eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, mit wunderbarer Aussicht, alles war sauber, schön **** und gemütlich. es gibt nur einen ganz kleinen Punkt zu bemängeln , der Wasserdruck im Badezimmer war sehr niedrig und es war fast nicht möglich uns zu waschen. ansonsten voll und ganz zufrieden. liebe Grüsse aus der Schweiz ( Zermatt) Marc und Claudia

We arrived to find the condo sparkling clean and well appointed with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The views were beautiful! We appreciated the little extras like paper towels, toilet paper and soaps to get us started. We did have two problems that need attention. The front door entrance is outside, instead of indoors. The lock was difficult to put the key into which we reported. The other issue was that in both bathrooms, the faucets in the sinks only allowed a trickle of hot water. This was reported too. We bought WD40 and sprayed the lock which helped. The maintenance person said the faucets need replacing. Hopefully they will be so the next guests can enjoy hot water in the sinks. All in all we enjoyed our visit to Marco Island. The condo is beautifully updated, sparkling clean, and very comfortable.

We stayed in this condo for a week and absolutely loved our time there. Everything from the modern decor to the fully stocked linen/towel closet and bench necessities were provided. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Marco!

Have been here many times. Rental unit was really nice. View was great.
All new remodel with top grade appliances and furniture. Extremely contemporary.
Beach is extremely wide and is a long long walk from condo to ocean. Water is no longer the blue it used to be. Not very clear at all. May be from residual hurricane or another session of beach remodeling around hideaway. Island is crowded and expensive in February. Prices have spiked significantly over last 2 years. 3 elevators serve 18 floors.
Pool for 2 buildings is nothing exceptional and not very large when buildings full like feb. May have problems getting a chair. Still, it is a great condo with warm beautiful weather and nice people around.

The condo was very nice! The bed was comfortable. The condo comes equipped with 168,474 coffee mugs. And a lot of other nice things you would need for your stay. We were bummed the pool was not heated! And no hot tub! The pool closes so early, like 6:00pm!!
Condo was nice, but no kitchen cabinet room for groceries. The kitchen had over 30 coffee cups alone. The furniture esp the dining table was so large you could not move. Please someone clean up excess dinnerware, pillows, etc so room to unpack. Needs size appropriate furniture.
