This gorgeous one bedroom, one bathroom condo is located in the luxurious Marco Beach Ocean Resort! This is a privately owned condo so some hotel amenities are not included. However, you are paying discounted condo rates for a top of the line beachfront hotel! Dine at the famous Sale E Pepe fine restaurant, the poolside bar & grill or a spectacular restaurant/bar just off the pathway to the beach. You have your own private, covered parking spot free of charge. Equipped kitchen with full size stove, microwave and small fridge. Relax by the pool and hot tub, put your feet in the sand, or unwind by getting a massage at one of the top rated spas right on site. Water sport rentals are also available on the beach! Other restaurants, shopping and movie theater are within walking distance. There are NO laundry facilities on-site but maid service is available for an additional charge.
