As you enter the home, you’ll immediately notice all of the luxury, contemporary furnishings from Roche Bobois and other prestigious designers, and antiques, including several high gloss art deco pieces from Paris, France. The club chairs are covered with Bentley leather and every detail in this space is designed to offer the ultimate in luxury and sophistication.

This luxury estate is located in the center of a waterfront cul-de-sac center and offers maximum privacy.

As you walk through the space you’ll notice the seamless indoor-outdoor living concept, soaring 18 ft ceilings with skylights, and floor to ceiling panel hurricane proof sliders on the entire first and second-floor façade.

The second-floor studio features an outdoor lanai, just like the presidential suite in a five-star hotel.

If you love to entertain, you’ll love all of the space dedicated to alfresco entertaining, including the integrated outdoor seating for 12. The gas fire pit and gas BBQ, both feed off of an oversized propane tank buried underground. Imagine ending the day with a glass of wine, sitting back in one of the four lounge chairs on the deck, and peering through the glass rails for unobstructed views of Collier Bay.

Follow the expansive pool deck to find even more outdoor lounge space, including dining spaces and a sunny place to work out. For even more fun, start a game of pool on "The Miami" by Mitchell, a custom professional-sized pool table built for Miami Dolphins all-stars.

The stunning professional kitchen, Viking and Miele appliance equipped, has a massive oversize marble island to seat eight people comfortably. The chef of the family will be in paradise as they move through this sleek and stylish kitchen, complete with state-of-the-art appliances, custom cabinets, professional décor, and drawers full of every kitchen gadget you can think of. Keep your groceries organized and your kitchen uncluttered by using the separate pantry off of the kitchen, and for added convenience, there is a second dishwasher and drink fridge for ultimate ease while entertaining.

A spacious laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer, places to iron and fold, a full sink, and plenty of storage so you can go home with a suitcase full of freshly washed clothes.

The master suite is a mostly-white space and features a luxury King size bed, large sliding glass doors overlooking the pool, a dedicated workstation, and a gorgeous private bathroom. After a long day of shopping, relax in the designer soaking tub in the master bathroom, a space designed to look out over Collier Bay from inside. Guests in the master suite have private access to the pool, spa, and outdoor shower from the master bathroom. The crisp white luxury décor flows into the other two bedrooms, both of which have high-end King size beds, large windows that allow for plenty of natural light, and convenient access to spa-inspired bathrooms.

As the sun goes down, grab a seat on the full dock with over 170 feet of seawall and look out over Collier Bay right in your backyard. While the boat lifts are not permitted for use by renters, this home is close to many local marinas.

Other things to note: BOAT LIFT NOT AVAILABLE Boats may be parked in a driveway for up to (8) hours for the purpose of loading, unloading, and cleaning. Trailers are not allowed to be stored on property. (City Ordinance Sec. 50-37) We recommend Rose Marina or Walker Marina! Enjoy your stay!
