As you drive down the quiet suburban streets, you’ll notice pristinely landscaped gardens and impressive luxury real estate. This home sits on a sprawling corner lot and has a natively landscaped front yard.

The front walkway leads you from the sidewalk to the front door. As you walk through the frosted glass doors, you’ll step right into a cozy sitting room. This modern lounge space features a soft color scheme, high-end furniture, and a large window that allows for plenty of natural light. A simple glass top coffee table sits in between the two couches, and a simple area rug completes the space. There is also a gorgeous vintage-inspired bookshelf in this room, offering a mini-library of books.

If your family loves to cook (and eat!) this fully furnished kitchen will be a popular place during your stay. This expansive kitchen has a contemporary tile backsplash, custom cabinets, top of the line appliances, and a breakfast bar that overlooks the pool. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and storage options. Use the microwave to reheat leftovers from one of Marco's wonderful local restaurants, or use the oven to make your family’s favorite dinner from scratch.

The kitchen blends effortlessly into a poolside breakfast nook; a cozy space with a glass top table and seating for four. This bright and airy space overlooks the pool and is a great place to have breakfast with a view.

A main living room has two high-end leather sofas in front of a massive flat-screen TV. This space was designed to give everyone in the family a comfortable spot to relax, complete with plenty of natural light and locally inspired décor.

The three bedrooms are tucked away from the main living areas, giving everyone in the family a private and quiet place to rest. The main bedroom has a comfortable king size mattress on a bold wooden bed frame. Plush carpeting, two wooden nightstands, and a stylish leather bedroom bench give this room a soft and comfortable feel. This room has a private bathroom with access out to the pool. Use the large mirror and single vanity to get ready for the day, or rinse off the beach sand in the gorgeous glass-enclosed shower.

The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and French doors that lead right out to the patio and pool area. This white and sand-colored room is complete with beach themed décor, plush carpeting, and name brand linens. The second bath offers a spacious area to get ready and a glass fronted shower.

The third bedroom is colorful and fun and showcases the playfulness of the beach. This room has a queen-size bed. Beach themed accents and décor make this a perfect place for kids or adults, and a large window overlooks the front of the property. This room is just steps from the family bathroom. The soft yellow family bathroom has a tub/shower combo and subtle nature-inspired accents.

This house has the perfect pool and patio area to beat the heat. There is an outdoor dining room table on the shaded lanai with seating for five. When you’re ready to soak up the sun, there are comfortable lounge chairs around the pool deck perfect for relaxation. The resort-style pool transitions slowly from shallow to deep, and the entire pool and patio area is screened-in. Tall bushes and shrubs surround the pool so your family can swim, splash, eat, play, and sunbathe in total privacy.

Other items to note: *BOAT LIFT NOT AVAILABLE* Boats may be parked in a driveway on a temporary basis, not to exceed eight (8) hours for the purpose of loading, unloading, and cleaning. Property is well maintained with all amenities needed for a pleasant vacation. Located close to 2 parking facilities that are near 2 beach access points. Walking to the beach for seniors requires 15 minutes. Island Escapes was very responsive when needed.
