Aruba Ct 1250, Marco Island Vacation Rental

Amazing property! Fabulous top of the line furnishings and amenities. Watching the boats, dolphins, ospreys entertains daily. The hot tub, pool and fire pit were in constant use. It was a joy staying in a property "where everything works"! We have stayed in multiple homes on Marco - and Aruba was by far the best!
Island Escapes also handled all our needs quickly and professionally.

We rented this home and it was nearly perfection!

Beautiful property and it fit our group of 10 perfectly. We had 6 teen boys and 4 adults. The property is stunning, neat and clean. We loved everything about it.

Pros:
House is new and very clean.
Beautiful property and great location.
Property felt private due to landscaping on both sides.
Bunk beds were full size mattresses. Great for our teen boys.
Sonos system was great for playing music.
Our boys loved fishing off the deck.
We saw dolphins swimming in the canal most days.
Beautiful sunsets.

Cons:
Very minor cons but will share our feedback.
Kitchen lacks some expected items.
Needs a griddle for making french toast and pancakes
Non stick pans are old and scratched. We didn't feel comfortable using some of them because of the deep scratches.
Need more wooden spoons, serving dishes and spatulas.
Know that you'll need to provide garbage bags, paper towel, laundry soap, and dishwasher detergent for the week. There was toilet paper.

If you have children who can't swim, it's important to know that there aren't any fences to the gate of the pool or the water.

The king beds sit almost on the floor. They look beautiful, but if you have someone with a bad back or elderly, they may really struggle to get in and out of bed. We had no issues, but important to know.

We had an almost perfect experience up until our last evening when the hot tub wouldn't heat. We called the management company, and they responded quickly, trying to help us troubleshoot with no success. We were bummed but found other things to do for our last night. We then discovered that there was no hot water and took cold showers. By morning we had zero hot water and no gas for the ovens. We asked for a reasonable refund for the inconvenience but, as of today, haven't received a response which is disappointing.

1250 Aruba Court is a perfect place to host a family gathering/vacation. The home is extremely well-appointed and offers a lot of living space for large families to enjoy. The outdoor space is exceptional as well! Located close to everything, and only a 10 minutes bike ride to the beach. It was just perfect!

This is the second time we have had the privilege of staying at this house and it didn’t disappoint!. This home has everything and is so clean. SPOILED is what we are when we stay here!

Beautiful home in a great location. The dock and porch areas were very nice and enjoyable. Minor issues considering this luxury rental included, no working ice makers which were finally fixed on our last day, some extra cleaning supplies would have helped us keep it clean- we bought Windex. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

Great location and well appointed, everything you need for a day at the beach or for fishing from the dock. We rented a boat the week we were there and it was easy getting in and out of the channel to and from the ocean. Most nights we sat on the dock and fished, the kids caught plenty of fish and we brought in a number of smaller sharks which was very exciting for all. Stayed here with two other couples and our children and there was plenty of room. We have all decided we will definitely be back again.

The house and location was amazing. Everything was clean. Pleanty of space to accomodate several families. We loved the placement on the water so much we didnt feel like we even needed to go to the beach. The rental company was responsive if we needed anything and this was a smooth check in and check out. Couldnt have asked for more and I would bet this is the best vacation rental in all of marco. WE LOVED IT!!!

Had a wonderful family vacation at this home. The house is gorgeous and immaculate. It’s large and roomy with furnishings that are oversized and mostly from Restoration Hardware. We spent our days at the pool, kayaking, fishing off the dock or walking/ biking to the beach. We enjoyed sunsets at night while dining on the homes large deck/patio. Most nights we enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, bbq. It really couldn’t have been better.

We had 13 members of our family stay in this home over ten days. It was a wonderful home...we could spread out when necessary and come together in the pool, at mealtimes, watching the sunset. Location is convenient to stores. Be aware that of the 5 bathrooms listed, two of them are in the MBR. Also the MBR bed is very low to the floor so not easy to get in or out for elderly. There were some minor inconveniences with rental agency (not enough towels, not enough linens) but that didn't hamper our enjoyment of the property. A vacuum is necessary as the floors are dark.

House was great, everything was perfect! All was as advertised, even better. Good location and great views on the water. Very smooth communication with management and they were very attentive to any needs.

Our family of 9 people (7 adults, one child and one infant) loved this rental
home. Awesome water view from the house and patio. Beautiful layout of
the house. Nearly all amenities included. Beach chairs and umbrella from
the garage were a big plus as we needed them for a beach visit.
We were disappointed with fire pit not working from
the beginning. The maintenance guy came over trying
to fix it to no avail. The swimming pool and spa were fabulous to use whenever heating was working. We had to make two requests for the
pool service guy to come over to fix it. He was a great guy to work with.
We definitely would love to come back again!
