The main living room features a leather sofa, armchair, and loveseat around a glass top table and in front of a sleek flat-screen TV. Large arched windows look out over the front of the property and allow for plenty of sunlight to come in.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed to make meal prep easy for the busy family. The white kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, plenty of storage space in the cabinets, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar.

For a more formal dining experience, the whole family can sit together at the dining room table. This dedicated space sits in between the kitchen and the living room and can seat six people around the glass top table.

The fun continues as you push open one of the many sliding glass doors and step out onto the impressive waterfront pool area. The shady lanai overlooks the channel behind the home and has a large outdoor dining area with additional bar height seating. High-top seats on the other side of the kitchen window create a comfortable place to enjoy lunch in the shade, and the modern dining room table has seating for six.

There is a half bath directly adjacent to the pool, making it easy for family members outside to use the bathroom without tracking water through the house.

For those who want to work on their tan, there are sun loungers that can be pulled out onto the sun deck and closer to the pool. Greenery and shrubs are strategically placed outside of the screened-in enclosure to ensure privacy.

The master suite is a gorgeous blend of blues and browns and has a comfortable King size bed. Everything from the headboard on the bed to the wall decor is inspired by the unique characteristics of the island. This room has high ceilings, beach-themed decor, and private access out to the pool. Open up the doors to the armoire in the corner to access the flat-screen TV and watch all of your favorite shows from the comfort of the bed.

The master bathroom is a stylish combination of black and white accents, sleek tile, chrome and glass accents, and natural light. There is a garden tub underneath a wall of windows, two sinks, and a modern walk-in shower surrounded by glass doors.

The second bedroom is complete with hardwood floors, wood accent pieces, locally inspired artwork, and pops of yellow mirror the Florida sun. This room has two twin beds and is just steps from the family bathroom. The family bathroom has a sleek mirrored vanity area, one sink, and a walk-in shower with glass doors.

The third bedroom has a Queen bed, hardwood floors, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A large window allows for plenty of natural light to fill the room, and soft linens and plush pillows create a soft and cozy place to unwind after a day at Tigertail Beach.

The laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer, so you can stay on top of laundry and go home with a suitcase full of clean clothes. Other extras, such as a pack n play, highchair, and beach accessories have been added to make sure everyone has everything they need for a five-star vacation.
