This home is located on a quiet street in a family-friendly community in one of the most affluent areas of Marco Island. The three-bedroom pool home is just minutes from the beach, local restaurants, and charming sidewalk boutiques. The home sits on a perfectly landscaped lawn, complete with lush grass and tall, swaying palm trees. The long stone driveway leads from the street to the front walkway, and the romantic archways and glass front door welcome you in.

As you enter, the open floor plan and soaring ceilings create a welcoming place to relax. The tiled floors, leather sofa, soft armchairs and upscale décor come together to create a living space that the whole family will enjoy. Overlooking the pool, this spacious living room is complete with a sleek flat screen TV and subtle island themed décor.

A cozy breakfast nook jets off of the living room area and overlooks the front of the house. This quiet nook features a classic wooden dining table and four chairs under a designer light fixture. This is a perfect spot for coffee in the morning while planning your adventures for the day.

The gourmet kitchen is open to the main living room, and an elevated snack bar serves as a transition from the living room to the kitchen. This upscale kitchen features granite counters, custom cabinets, elegant light fixtures, high-end furnishings, stainless steel appliances and a gorgeous decorative backsplash. Whether you’re making meals from scratch or reheating leftovers from the night before, this impressive kitchen has everything you need. The kitchen includes all of the utensils, drinkware, and extras you need to feel right at home in the kitchen. There is a separate bar area that overlooks the pool directly off of the kitchen, providing extra seating with a view of the back of the home.

There are three unique bedrooms, each with its own distinct feel and personality. The first room has a King size bed, soft accents and private access to the pool. On top of an elegant dresser is a flat screen TV, and there are soft armchairs in the corner of the room, perfect for reading. This bedroom has a private bathroom, complete with a soaking tub under a frosted window, walk-in glass shower, and a granite topped vanity area with double sinks.

The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and a calming seafoam color scheme. This room has private access to the patio. This room also has a flat-screen TV and is just steps from the family bathroom.

The third bedroom has two twin beds. This spacious, aquatic-inspired room is well lit and welcoming and is also close to the family bathroom.

The recently upgraded family bathroom has shower/tub combo with sliding glass doors, and a beautiful vanity area with a modern sink and plenty of towels.

Push the sliding glass doors open from the living room and you’ll be out on the shaded lanai. This beautiful outdoor area has four upscale patio chairs that create a comfortable lounge area under fans. The shaded lanai overlooks the sparkling pool, complete with babbling water features and surrounded by privacy hedges. There is access to the family bathroom from the pool area, so you don’t need to run through the house dripping wet to get to the bathroom. This entire outside retreat feels more like an extension of the home than a backyard and caters to people who want to soak up the sun and those who prefer the shade.

Other items to note: *BOAT LIFT NOT AVAILABLE* Boats may be parked in a driveway on a temporary basis, not to exceed eight (8) hours for the purpose of loading, unloading, and cleaning. Trailers are not allowed to be stored on property. (City Ordinance Sec. 50-37) We recommend Rose Marina or Walker Marina!

I can’t say enough about this property. We absolutely love it. It was our second stay here and won’t be our last. I can’t say enough T good things about Island Escapes. They went above and beyond during the Pandemic to accommodate our vacation. Thank you all again so much.
