This comfortable sitting area transitions effortlessly into the spacious kitchen, a mostly white space with sleek counters and custom cabinets stocked with dishes, utensils, and kitchen gadgets. The eat-in kitchen features a glass-top table and seating for six tucked up against a wall of windows that overlooks the pool. Sliding glass doors lead from the kitchen out to the patio.
This home has three designer bedrooms and a den/office. The master bedroom is a poolside retreat with a king-size bed, high-end linens, leafy houseplants, handcrafted furniture, and a private bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom is a calming blend of whites and grays and has a queen bed and large windows. Bedroom three overlooks the pool and has a beautifully handcrafted bunk bed with twin beds on the top and bottom. The home office has a built-in desk, plenty of counter space, and a leather office chair. Need more sleeping arrangements? A Murphy bed pulls out of the bed and can sleep two extra people.
Sliding glass doors lead from the living room out to the tropical backyard. The shady patio features a dining table and seating for six, a perfect place to enjoy a poolside lunch after a busy day at the beach. The pool and patio are under a screened-in enclosure, keeping dirt and debris out and letting sunshine in. Native palm trees line the back of the screened-in enclosure, providing plenty of privacy around the pool.
