The open concept floor plan of this home allows guests to move freely from one room to another, while tucking the bedrooms away from the main living areas. The main living room has high ceilings, a matching sofa and loveseat set, designer details, and decorative lighting, all in front of a sleek flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors make up the rear wall of the home, and fill the room with sunlight. These windows also offer guests an unobstructed view of the patio and pool.

Just off of the living room is the formal dining area. This comfortable space features a glass-top table and seating for six.
The living space is open to the gourmet kitchen. Guests can snag a seat at the high-top chairs and the breakfast bar. The chef of the family can use the modern appliances to cook homemade meals, or reheat leftovers in the microwave. There's plenty of room in the full-size refrigerator and custom cabinets to keep all your food organized. A large sink and whisper-quiet dishwasher make after-dinner clean up a breeze, and the expansive counter space makes it easy for multiple people to prepare a meal.

The laundry room is set directly off of the kitchen for added convenience. This space has a full-size washer and dryer and plenty of room to sort and fold your laundry.

There are five bedrooms spread throughout this open concept pool home, each with its own unique charm and personality. All five of the bedrooms feature beach-themed accents, high-end linens, and large windows that allow for plenty of natural light.

The main bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed on a handcrafted bed frame, soaring ceilings, and walls of windows that overlook the pool. This main private bath is complete with double sinks, a walk-in shower behind glass doors, plenty of storage space, and a calming ocean-themed color palette to bring it all together.

Bedroom two is bright and airy and features two twin beds. This sunny bedroom features wicker furniture, decorative lighting, and a roomy closet.

The third bedroom features a pop of green and a queen-size bed. This room also has a modern dresser and locally inspired artwork on the walls. This bedroom is just steps away from the family bathroom.

Bedroom four also has two twin size beds. This mostly-white room features pops of color throughout and gets a lot of sunlight in the afternoon.

In bedroom five you'll find another two twin beds. Designed for peace and quiet, this room is tucked off of the main living room and very close to the second family bathroom.

The back patio is a shady hangout space with padded lounge furniture and views of the pool. An outdoor dining room table is the perfect place to enjoy a poolside dinner with seating for six.

Lush greenery lines the screened-in enclosure to give your pool and outdoor entertainment space the utmost privacy. Grab a sun lounger by the pool deck to work on your tan, or fire up the grill and serve your family a delicious homemade meal with a view.

As a guest here, you have access to all of the residential community amenities. Kids can play at the playground up the street, and the whole family can visit the community pool. For those looking to stay active on vacation, there is a tennis court and basketball court in the community that you're free to use.
