Colonial Ave. 388, Marco Island Vacation Rental

Our family of 10 stayed at this beautiful home. It was immaculate when we walked in. It had plenty of room with two living areas and two kitchens. The bunk room was perfect for our four grandchildren. Well stocked with bath towels and beach towels, beach chairs and sand toys. It had four adult bikes but we had rented a golf cart which we used everyday nd is highly recommended to get around on island. Going to 5e rental company for a packet was a little inconvenient but we made it work. It is a keyless entry which is nice. Plenty of room to park in the circle drive and the garage. The only thing I would recommend is getting some light dimmers installed and make sure the garage door openers work. Overall I would highly recommend this house. We had a fabulous week. We ended up going to the south beaches and tiger tail once.

Outstanding, we'll equipped house. Our family of 10 enjoyed everything from the media room to the heated pool. Be sure to rent a boat and explore the water, see dolphins and linch on Keewaden.

The home is in a great location. Walkable neighborhood and close to restaurants, shopping and things to do. The home is nicely decorated with plenty of space but could use a deep clean as well as some attention to maintenance issues. Water pressure was low in two of the bathrooms sinks. Throw rugs throughout the house were matted and not clean. Only one of the 3 adult bikes was in rideable condition. The pool heater and waterfall was malfunctioning on the day before checkout. Maintenance came and fixed immediate concerns and was very pleasant as well as Leishla in the office. Overall I would not recommend this property. Mostly the lack of cleaning left us feeling yuk.

Lots of space for 7 people. Great house with a lot of extras. Well equipped kitchen. Actually there are 2. Very clean and decorate nicely. Tons of beach towels, chairs and coolers for the beach. It was cool while we visited but we were still able to use the beautiful and heated pool. Lots of restraunts and grocery store close. Cant wait to return to tthe area. Will definitely rent this property again.

We really enjoyed Marco Island. The house provided plenty of space for our family. We used the pool a lot - probably the highlight for our grandkids. The walk to the beach was longer than expected from the house. Once you reached the beach it was a treck to get around some back waters and trees to reach the beach. We drove to the south beach and used the public beach access the next beach day and enjoyed that a lot more.

This was a great vacation rental. Our kids loved the nicely heated pool and could comfortably swim even on cooler days. There were some great pool toys/tubes in the garage. The pool was the highlight for us as well as the outdoor sitting area.

The house itself was beautiful, clean, and spacious.

Overall, we had a lovely stay and would recommend the property.

If there are any critiques, they would be regarding check-in. It would have been helpful to have the key code and check-in/check-out instructions emailed to us rather than picking them up from the property management company first, located in a strip mall with limited parking during busy hours. But this was a minor inconvenience, and again, the stay was fantastic overall.

Spent Christmas week at this beautiful home with my wife, 5 adult kids and two daughters-in-law. Plenty of room for all of us. The house was clean. It is a little light on kitchen utensils (pots, pans, etc._ but there was enough for us to make due with anything we decided to cook. The pool was nicely heated so that we could enjoy it in December. Close to everything in Marc. Some slight communication issues with the management company but nothing to fret about. Would recommend.

Super Clean and great location! Lovely home with plenty of room for our family of 10. Only con was the washing machine would not drain the water while in spin cycle. We stayed a week and it was fixed a couple of days before we checked out.

The house was very nice. Perfect for big family’s vacationing together. One of the refrigerators was not working properly and was leaking. The outside pool area had a lot of spiderwebs.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had 6 adults, 4 young kids. Plenty of space and very clean. We really loved the pool and location. Tigertail beach is about a 10 minute walk, but there is at least another 15 minute walk from the entrance to the actual beach, so be prepared for that.

We had a WONDERFUL vacation at your home! The house was beautiful, spacious and had a great layout for two families.. Two living areas AND two full kitchens!! We swam in am while breakfast was cooking then headed to the beach! We could walk or ride your bikes... It was a great location.. We had an issue the the fridge and someone came next morning to correct it... The house had eveything you needed to enjoy pool and beach!! Enjoyed dinner at Snook Inn & Vergina restaurant... Just a wonderful week and can’t wait to come back!!! Thanks for the great vacation

The house was spacious enough for 6 adults and 4 children. The pool was wonderful for all. Neighborhood was good for a walk to Tigertail Beach. King size beds in adult bedrooms were very nice. Big tv room for all also. A minor one but no door bell working at front door for visitors or packages.

This rental experience and rental were fabulous. We would rent this property again if were to return to Marco Island.

Overall location, amenities, and the special house made for an excellent get away with family including young children. A few details could have been cleaned up, including tightening of some screws on the grill, how to enter garage, and lack of ping pong table featured in a picture.

Proximity to the beach was great. A few beach items are usable and some not. We left beach toys. Overall, happy with items available for our use in the house.
Company made it quick and simple to access. Well equipped with most items needed to comfortably stay with kids. We purchased non breakable cups and plates.
