Convenient central location close to beach within easy walking or biking (on the bikes included) also to parks grocery stores and many wonderful restaurants. Beautifully western facing on large bay offering privacy from large dock or lanai. Well-maintained and clean home with very spacious layout and full amenities. Great customer service from Island Escapes staff. Have recommended to many friends and booked again for another extended stay next year.

We discovered Marco Island 1 year ago and had to return this year! We have 2 boys (9&7.). We caught fish from the dock, saw tons of dolphins, and had beautiful sunsets. Would go back in a heartbeat!! My only recommendation- 2 ac units for the house instead of 1.

This house was beautiful and the view from the lanai was even better! The only complaint I have is regarding the pool, we paid to have it heated and could not figure out the heating process. The pump ran very loudly and had to call the management company a few times. If I were a neighbor I would have complained about the noise from the pool pump. Other than that, we would most definitely return to this home. The home is very well stocked with everything you need for a week or two of relaxation and fun!!

Beautiful property, great pool/hot tub, TVs in every single room, very comfortable beds… this home has it all!
We so enjoyed staying at this house! It is everything you would expect from a high end luxury home. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the linens and bedding are very nice. The garage is full of things you can use at the beach, which is so nice! We loved sitting on the lanai and playing games and listening to music on sonos system. We appreciated the fishing poles and even caught about 12 good fish, and released them. We were so surprised how quiet it was sitting outside on the dock. The neighborhood is very nice and extremely safe. We really loved the home and all the high end touches throughout the home.
