This waterfront estate features three private bedrooms, a stunning screened in pool and shaded patio, an unbelievable chef's kitchen, multiple lounge areas, and high-end décor from floor to ceiling. The home is located on a corner lot and has a pristinely landscaped front and back yard.

The front living area has an L-shaped leather sofa in front of a sleek, wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The mostly-white living room features a plush gray-toned area rug, luxurious ottoman, and subtle beach themed décor on the walls. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors makes it easy to transition from indoor to outdoor living. The luxurious living room flows directly into the kitchen.

The ultra-modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a beautiful white tiled backsplash, flat top stove, and white custom cabinetry. The expansive counter space gives the chef of the family plenty of room to work. The kitchen is stocked with a gourmet knife set, coffee maker, utensils, pots, pans, drinkware, and drawers of useful kitchen gadgets. The elevated breakfast bar has bistro-style seating, creating a cool and comfortable place to enjoy a snack while still being close to friends in the kitchen and living area.

Slide open the sliding glass doors and step out onto your private shaded patio. A high-end rectangular table with seating for six sits overlooks the pool. Cushioned rocking chairs provide extra comfortable seating around the pool. Cannonball into the sparkling private pool or lay back on the sun loungers and soak up the sun.

While this home is designed for entertaining, it is also designed for ultimate peace and relaxation. All three of the bedrooms feature upgraded mattresses, name brand linens, and subtle color schemes and décor to help you rest peacefully.

The master bedroom features an ultra-plush king-size bed, classic wooden dresser, flat-screen TV, and private access out to the patio. Guests staying in this bedroom have their own private bathroom, complete with his and her sinks, elegant chrome fixtures and finishes, and hotel-quality towels. This is the only bedroom on this side of the house and is located right off of the living room.

The second bedroom has a beautiful queen size bed with soft blue, green, and white accents. A dramatic felt headboard with custom embroidery adds a pop of color to the mostly white room. Guests in this room can organize their clothing and belongings in the to bedside dressers and watch their favorite shows on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. This bedroom has plush carpeting, subtle beach-inspired décor, and large windows to allow for plenty of natural light.

Bedroom number three has two twin size beds with high-end mattresses and soft linens and pillows. Floor to ceiling windows overlook the front of the property, and bright orange accent pieces add fun and personality to the room. Perfect for kids or adults, this bright and welcoming room is just steps from the family bathroom and has a flat-screen TV on the wall.

The family bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a beautiful vanity area.

A good experience overall. The house is nicely located at a convenient 15-minute walk to Tiger Tail Beach and close to any shopping, dining, etc. you might want.
The booking was easy. We had a minor plumbing issue; the response was speedy and easy, and they fixed it quickly. Very well handled.
The house has everything you need: enough towels, kitchenware etc.
Overall, the house needs updating and renovating in some areas. Nothing of it bothered us much, but the home is not quite as pristine as another rental we had stayed in the year before from Island Escape. We met the owners when they removed a car from the garage. Very pleasant and highly respectful not to disturb us.
We did some beautiful outings and tours.
Overall, it is a nice place: straightforward booking and good customer service. Thank you for a great vacation.

Island Escapes Vacation Rental office is very helpful. The location of this home is lovely if you like to be in the center of activity. Close to the grocery store, restaurants, shops and much more. The house is very clean, spacious and lots of utensil, towels, container, and pots and very organizer... Need to update the dock is bad and fish cleaning table and no light in the area. The master bedroom pocket door needs to be fix.

Pleasantly Surprised, Would Book Again

We are frequent visitors to Marco Island and have used Island Escapes to book properties a number of times. We tried this property for a last minute trip. We went in with fairly low expectations, but must say that we were very pleasantly surprised for our stay.
Here are my top take aways:
1. The house was spotlessly clean, to the point of toilets having paper seals after cleaning and the fresh smell of cleaning supplies in the air.
2. The location of this home is lovely if you like to be in the center of activity. Its a quick 0.5 mile walk or bike ride to Tiger Tail Beach along with quick walk or ride to the grocery store, restaurants, shops and much more. I found myself out and about on the bike constantly enjoying being so close to everything.
3. The house is not huge (bedrooms on smaller side), but it is perfect for a family of 4-6 for a week stay. The kitchen is renovated and all appliances in the home are new. The furniture and furnishings are clean, organized, not cluttered and just enough for what we look for in a rental property. The linen closet and kitchen cabinet organization are to be admired.
4. The outdoor pool area is great with nice table, TV and perfect size pool under the screened lanai. While not southern exposure, the area still gets a fair amount of sun even in the shorter winter months.
5. The garage has bikes, beach chairs, coolers, sand toys and a whole lot of great amenities if your crew likes to head to the beach or boat (as we do.)

My 2 biggest tips for the owner/property manager are 1)to add moveable chairs that can be used on outdoor patio/dock, as this is a great spot to sit if you enjoy the sun 2) fix the the master bath door (which is fixable but broken while there). The property manager has indicated that both of these suggestions would be taken.

Overall, we would stay at this property again, recommend Island Escapes for booking rentals, and recommend this house to families look

We travel to Marco Island frequently, and rent from Island escapes almost every time. I have to give a round of applause to Mark at Island Escapes, by far the best customer service ever!!
This house was in a great location, but wasn’t exactly the standards that Island escapes usually provides.
The house had zero cleaning supplies, which is pretty rare these days.
The primary bathroom is in serious need of an update and a good, deep cleaning, the carpets could use a deep clean as well.
Nothing against Island escapes, we will use them again, the house just wasn’t exactly what we expected.
