About
To get to this home, you’ll drive down streets lined with palm trees and pull into your private driveway. The front lawn is meticulously manicured and a walkway leads straight to the covered front patio and front door. Taking a step inside the white and gray living room is like exhaling. This living space features two plush couches in front of a flat-screen TV, and a shiplap accent wall.
Right off the living room the color scheme continues in the kitchen. This modern culinary features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and custom cabinets. This bright and airy space is spacious enough for two chefs to move freely through the kitchen, and the large sink and dishwasher make cleaning up after a family meal a breeze.
Directly off the kitchen is a beautiful dining space that seats six and looks out over the pool. Modern lighting adds a touch of class and built-in shelves offer a modern take on beach décor.
The main bedroom features a high-end King size bed, name brand linens, and large windows overlooking the property. This spacious room has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that look out over the shaded lanai and pool area. The first bathroom is a cozy spa inspired space with a shower, vanity, and slate blue under-sink storage.
The second bedroom has a comfortable full-size bed, windows overlooking the pool, a classic dresser, and name brand linens. This room is quiet and private and gets a lot of natural sunlight.
The second bedroom carries through the blue under-sink storage and includes a tiled shower with a glass door.
The third bedroom is mostly white with a modern bunk bed with storage built into the stairs to the top bunk. This room is perfect for kids and adults and just steps from the family bathroom.
The fourth bedroom overlooks the front yard and has a high-end Queen size bed and name brand linens. Soft gray accents pop against the white walls, and the spacious room is a peaceful retreat from the rest of the home.
This home also features a stacked full-sized washer and dryer in the half bath.
Slide open the glass doors to seamlessly transition to the outdoor space, the shady lanai welcomes you with high-end lounge furniture and a complete outdoor dining room set. A whisper-quiet ceiling fan keeps a breeze moving through the lanai, and everyone has front row seats to the happenings in the pool. A concrete pool deck surrounds the pool and provides plenty of room to pull out a lounge chair and work on your tan. The backyard and pool area are completely fenced in for privacy, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV on the lanai means you never have to choose between relaxing in the pool and watching your favorite shows.

We come to Marco Island/Naples once a year for 2 weeks from Canada to visit with Family and have a vacation with our kids. We LOVE Marco Island. This year we booked last minute as we weren’t sure we were going to be able to get down as my husband started a new job this year, but we made it :) Our last 3 times to Marco Island we have stayed at 210 Beachcomber. We absolutely love it there. We chose Fourwinds this time around for the price and because it was last minute. Really anywhere on Marco Island could never be that bad. This property was nice, but I didn’t realize that it was on a main road which was very noisy. A lot of emergency vehicles up and down while lying out by the pool. And there was quite a bit of construction going on to the house next door, so that also added to the noise. The house was beautiful. Could tell it had maybe just finished being renovated. Pool was great. Kids had a blast! Only criticisms: could have new/more chez lounges for pool. There could have maybe been some more extra kitchen stuff, towels and beach cart. Other than that everything was AMAZING! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with our Family.
