Follow the concrete walkway lined with swaying palm trees to a flight of stairs up to your modern lakefront retreat. As you walk through the front door, you’ll immediately notice the high ceilings, hardwood floors, and open concept floor plan.

The main living room features a gorgeous L-shaped leather sofa in front of a massive flat-screen TV. Wood accents, mirrored wall art, and an elegant coffee table come together to create a space that is comfortable and inviting.
The room is full of natural light and flows right into the main dining room. From the living room, you can look directly out onto the shady patio and over the lake directly behind the home.

Right off of the living room is the formal dining area. This space is bright and open and complete with a solid wooden table and seating for six under a contemporary chandelier. A window peaks from the dining room into the kitchen, making it easy to pass drinks and food from the kitchen to the formal eating area. Across from the dining area is a built-in wet bar for easy access to drinks while in the living and dining space.

The modern white kitchen has been updated with custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, chrome finishes, and expansive counter space. This fully-equipped space has everything you need to make meals and plenty of storage. There is a compact table and rolling chairs in the kitchen that serve as a breakfast nook overlooking the front balcony.

The main bedroom has hardwood floors, wooden accents, and a King size bed with name brand linens and plenty of soft pillows. There is an office space in one corner of the room, complete with a laptop-friendly table. This modern retreat has designer finishes, a private bathroom, and private access out to the rear balcony.

The main bathroom has expansive counter space, plenty of storage, and a walk-in shower that can be closed off from the vanity. The room is well lit and spacious, making it easy for two people to move through it without feeling cramped or crowded.

The second bedroom is bright, colorful, and fun. With Florida-themed accents, a luxurious Queen size bed, and a flat-screen TV, this room was made for relaxation. This room also has hardwood floors and a wall of windows that fills the room with light. The comfortable murphy bed folds into the wall when not in use, giving guests additional lounge space.

The second bathroom has granite counters, a tub/shower combo, and plenty of space to get ready.
The expensive and shaded screened-in back patio looks out over the water and features tiled floors, a ceiling fan, and warm color tones; this feels more like a sunroom than a traditional balcony. Enjoy appetizers at the two-seater high-top dining table, or sit back on the padded furniture in the outdoor lounge area for four. The front balcony is set right off of the kitchen and overlooks the parking lot. This is a shady spot to sneak away for a phone call or sit outside to enjoy the view.

Throughout your stay you will have the use of one assigned parking spot as well as guest parking. Here you are just a short stroll from Kings Lake Square where you will find the local Publix grocery, Starbucks, and various restaurants. As a guest in Kings Lake, you have access to all of the community's amenities, including the community pool, tennis court, nature trails, and BBQ stations within steps of your front door. You also have access to beach chairs and accessories as you are just a few minutes from the beach and 5th Avenue. Bonus features include a washer and dryer make it easy to feel right at home.
