We would be happy to host you in our 4300 square foot home with 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths. Each bedroom has its own marble bathroom. We know when choosing a home for a sunny vacation that there are plenty of choices. Many homes for rent have 3-4 bedrooms and are less than half the size of ours. You will have plenty of room to relax and make memories at our designer decorated home!
We have a beautiful heated pool and spa (plus and outdoor shower!) with relaxing views directly on a canal. Our home is perfect for a family vacation or for meeting up with some of your favorite friends! The island lifestyle awaits you!
This home features two master bedrooms, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. Your kids or grandkids will love the bunk room with two bunk beds- two full and two twins. The upstairs balcony is the perfect spot to catch the colorful Marco sunsets! If you have a mixologist in your group, the wet bar and loft are the perfect place to relax and have a drink!
The first floor has an open bright floor plan. There is a large dining room with room for your whole group, gourmet kitchen, breakfast room and great room. The first floor master has a king bed, and on the other side of the first floor are another king bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds. The second floor has a second master bedroom with a king bed and access to the upstairs balcony, and a large bathroom. The bunk room is also upstairs with its own bathroom.
You should have everything you need to make amazing meals in the gourmet kitchen! There’s a brand new Weber grill on the patio. If you choose to grab just the necessities and eat out the rest of the time, the nearest Publix and liquor store are only a half mile away.
We have included everything you need for a great stay, from towels and bedding, to four beach bikes and plenty of beach chairs. We even have family games and some books to enjoy while you’re here. We have one pack ‘n play and one high chair. There are three beaches within three miles of the house.
