This room is close to the family bathroom and has access out to the pool and patio via sliding glass doors.

The third bedroom has two twin beds with ocean inspired bedding and décor. This room has elegant furnishings and a large window overlooking the property. This bedroom has its own bathroom, featuring a tiled shower and beautiful vanity area.

Outside, the private pool and patio are bound to be your family’s favorite part of the home. The shaded patio has a comfortable lounge area under a ceiling fan, complete with a full set of wicker patio furniture and bright, beach-themed accents and décor. This cool and comfortable spot provides room for everyone to stay out of the sun and still enjoy the poolside activities. The large rectangular pool overlooks the channel and boat dock. Early risers can enjoy coffee out on the dock and watch for birds and dolphins. There are multiple sun loungers around the pool deck, perfect for working on your tan.
