Brand new brick pavers greet you at the driveway and lead in you into the front entrance where you immediately have a spectacular view of the pool and waterway. This home is open and spacious, perfect for enjoying every moment of your vacation together. Take a leisure bike ride on the island with one of the bikes in the garage and don't forget to grab the fishing poles and head out back to the dock! An extremely unique LED light in the pool will make a night swim on the top of your to do list! Bring your family to enjoy all this home has to offer but be careful because you might just want to stay longer!
Other things to note: *BOAT LIFT NOT AVAILABLE* Boats may be parked in a driveway on a temporary basis, not to exceed eight (8) hours for the purpose of loading, unloading, and cleaning. Trailers are not allowed to be stored on property. (City Ordinance Sec. 50-37) We recommend Rose Marina or Walker Marina!

stayed a month as I have in last 5 years or so. i know marco is. and area very well as have been coming since the 80's. rental experience was fine, any little question or need I had was always taken care of by Sara or Dave etc.
