A shaded patio with outdoor lounge furniture wraps around the second story, creating a cool and quiet place to sit back and enjoy the view. Two sets of French Doors lead inside to the main living room. Grab a seat on one of the two navy blue couches or settle into the plush leather armchair and watch TV on the sleek flat-screen TV.

The fully furnished kitchen features raised wrap-around granite countertops, elegant custom cabinets, a double oven and intricately tiled backsplash, and new state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances.

The master bedroom is located on the third floor, creating a romantic and private retreat from the rest of the home. Guests in this room can enjoy stunning views from the private balcony.

The master bathroom is a combination of mirrors, glass, chrome, and beautiful tile work. It has two sinks, an expansive vanity area, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is a calming blend of grays and whites and features a comfortable Queen size bed. This bedroom is just steps from the family bathroom.

The third bedroom is has two twin beds with under bed trundles, perfect for four children!

If you love to entertain, you’ll love the spacious and shady outdoor lounge areas that overlook the pool. The huge covered porch overlooks the dock, and the pool area is enclosed in the massive 5300 square foot lanai – one of the largest you’ll find in Marco Island! The porch features seating for 14+!
One of the best things about this gorgeous waterfront property is the southern-facing heated saltwater pool (14’x31’) with new LED night lights and a lighted rock waterfall. Grab a seat in the sun or shade on one of the 10+ with lounge chases, or enjoy a poolside lunch at the chairs and table set.

When you’re not in the pool, sit back and relax in the brand new pool entertainment area under the porch. This space is complete with a 65” wifi-connected TV, sofa and swivel chairs, ping-pong table, and refrigerator/freezer for refreshments and gas grill. This will surely be the kids’ favorite area!

Perched up on the second story and overlooking the pool is a luxurious outdoor entertainment space. This shady area is complete with an outdoor dining table with seating for six and a separate sitting area with padded wicker furniture.

Looking for something a little more private? Way up on the third floor is a private sun deck that overlooks the water. This intimate space offers great views and comfortable furniture and is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine as the sun goes down.

Feel free to use the enclosed tandem garage parking stalls on both sides of the house. They will accommodate 2-4 cars (depending on size) and there’s also ample off-street parking in the driveway.
