The first thing you’ll notice once you’re inside is the bright and open living room. This sunny room has soaring ceilings, hardwood floors, a custom-built entertainment center, and a sleek flat-screen TV.

The gorgeous kitchen area will quickly become your family’s favorite hangout spot. The chefs of the family will appreciate the modern appliances, expansive center island that doubles as a breakfast bar, and the sleek granite countertops and modern backsplash. The breakfast bar is the perfect place to enjoy a quick breakfast before a day exploring the island, and the eight high top seats make it a comfortable place to sit and get some work done.

There is a second living room upstairs. This luxurious upstairs lounge has a flat-screen TV, oversized armchairs and loveseats, and sliding glass doors that lead out to a private balcony.

With seven private and luxurious bedrooms, this home can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably. The bed configuration is as follows: 1 King, 4 Queens, and 4 twins. The master suite is on the first floor and has a wall of windows overlooking the pool area. This room has hardwood floors and a bold four-post King size bed. The master bathroom has a detailed garden tub as the focal point. It has an impressive walk-in shower, double vanities, and soft lighting.

The second bedroom is downstairs and features two twin-size beds and also has private access to the pool.

The third bedroom is upstairs and has a high-end Queen size bed. Slide open the sliding glass doors and step out onto the private balcony overlooking the pool. The fourth bedroom also has a Queen bed and a private bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower and two sinks. Bedroom five is upstairs and has a Queen bed. The sixth bedroom is upstairs and has two twin beds and access to a private balcony overlooking the pool. The 7th bedroom is upstairs and offers sweeping views of the water and has a Queen size bed, hardwood floors and an elegant vanity area.

With five gorgeous bathrooms spread out throughout the home, guests can relax their tired muscles in soaking tubs or rinse off the sand in a glass-enclosed shower. There is also a full laundry room with a washer, dryer, and plenty of room to fold and sort your clothes.

The outdoor entertainment areas, shady patio spaces, sunny rooftop decks, and the sparkling private pool overlook the calm channel behind the home. Slide open the sliding glass door from the living room or kitchen and blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living.
