While a high rise on the beach can be nice, there’s something to say about having to climb ZERO stairs to get to your luxurious beach home. This ground floor unit has everything you’d want in an upscale beach condo, minus the stairs. The sparkling community pool is just steps from the front door, and you’re just a few minutes from the sand and sea. After a day of fun in the sun, head right next door to enjoy lunch or dinner at the Sunset Grille Restaurant and Bar right across the street (You’ve got to try the wings and the chicken cordon bleu!)

This beautiful condo offers 1,100 square feet of living space and has been recently renovated with modern fixtures and appliances. It features two spacious bedrooms and two private bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, open living area and can accommodate up to six guests comfortably.

The open living room has two plush sofas in front of a 32’ HDTV. One of the couches pulls out into a Queen size bed with a memory foam mattress, adding comfortable sleeping options for two. The subtle beach décor and soft lighting make this room a comfortable place for the whole family to relax. The entire unit has WiFi, so you can simply plug in your laptop or connect using your smartphone and send pictures and emails to friends back home. This unit also offers free calls in the United States! Staying connected with work and friends back home is easy.

The first bedroom in this unit is the master. It’s complete with a King size bed with pillow top mattress, 24’ TV, walk-in closet and recently remodeled private bath. This master bathroom has a walk-in shower and expanded vanity area. There are plenty of beach and bath towels provided, and you can leave your hair dryer at home!

The second bedroom is perfect for kids and adults and has two twin size beds. The second bathroom is right outside of this bedroom, making it almost like an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom features a big window for plenty of natural light. The second bathroom has a toilet, vanity area, and shower/tub combo.

The fully furnished kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make meals at home. If you plan on making meals at home, there is a grocery store down the street where you can stock up on all of your family’s favorites. There are plenty of cabinets and pantry space to store your groceries, and all of the utensils and cookware you need to prepare your meals. If you plan on trying the delicious local restaurants, the kitchen offers a huge fridge to store your leftovers, and an oven and microwave to warm it all up. All the kitchen appliances have been replaced in the last five years, including the whisper quiet dishwasher that makes clean up a breeze.

This spacious residence also has a shaded lanai with outdoor seating. This completely private and screened in area overlooks the beautiful green landscaping of the property and has a ceiling fan to keep you cool. When you’re ready to spend the day at the beach, there are beach there are beach chairs, a beach wagon, coolers, umbrellas and other accessories available for your convenience.

Spending your vacation at the gorgeous Sea View means having access to the large swimming pool, tennis court, and BBQ grilling area. The South Beach Public access is right across the street, making it easy to transition from a pool day to a beach day. The best way to experience the beauty of Marco Island is to live like a local.
