The living room flows right into a poolside dining area that has a glass top dining room table and seating for four. This space overlooks the pool and is steps from the gourmet kitchen, and is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast as a family.

The fully furnished kitchen’s expansive granite countertops give guests plenty of room to prepare snacks and meals and doubles as a breakfast bar with two high top bar stools. The gourmet kitchen has been upgraded with stainless steel appliances and custom cabinets and has a large window above the sink that looks out over the pool. High-end amenities like a whisper-quiet dishwasher, gourmet knife set, utensils, cookware, coffee maker, glasses, and even Tupperware give guests everything they need to cook just like they do at home.

The common areas in this home are perfect for entertaining, and the three bedrooms are designed for ultimate rest and relaxation. The master bedroom features a soft King size bed with name brand linens, a plush area rug, and a large window that allows for plenty of natural light. Two vintage-inspired nightstands provide plenty of storage, and guests in this bedroom have their own private bathroom. The master suite is complete with a tub/shower combo behind sliding glass doors and a separate vanity area.

The second bedroom is bright and airy and features blue and tan color accents that mirror the local beaches. This room has a comfortable full-size bed, dresser, and a large window overlooking the front of the property. This room is just steps from the family bathroom, which has similar colors and décor, beach themed accents, and a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom is a quiet, poolside retreat with two twins and flat-screen TV. Guests in this room can push open the sliding glass doors and step out onto the sunny private patio area.

One of the highlights of this home is the stunning pool and patio area. This space is designed to maximize your time in the sun, while also offering shady spots to beat the heat. A stone patio surrounds the sparkling pool and hot tub and provides plenty of space to pull out a sun lounger and work on your tan.
