As you enter the home, you will immediately notice the high ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors, and contemporary light fixtures and decor. Soft blue, white, and tan colored accents throughout the living room mirror the colors of the sea just blocks away. Everyone can find their favorite spot in front of the sleek flat screen TV, or peer out the large window over the pool. The living room transitions smoothly into the gourmet kitchen.

This lovely kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and every kitchen gadget you need to cook as you do at home. The extended snack bar with high-top seating creates a comfortable and casual place to enjoy your snack and spend time with family members in both the living room and the kitchen. The kitchen features high ceilings, hardwood floors, and a large sink and whisper-quiet dishwasher for easy cleanup.

When you decide to have a family style dinner at home, everyone can gather at the elegant dining room table by the front door. This long table has seating for six. A mirrored wall in the dining room light and depth to the space, and creates a comfortable place for everyone to gather together and discuss their adventures for the day.

The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all surrounded by windows that let plenty of natural light come through. The beautiful outdoor entertainment space is a perfect blend of shaded lounge areas and spots that are perfect for soaking up the sun. Bring lunch outside and enjoy on the private patio, as there are plenty of seats and tables to accommodate the whole family. Fire up the grill for a pool side dinner experience, or hop on a fun pool float for a relaxing way to beat the heat. Towering palm trees and native bushes create a privacy barrier on the rear side of the screened-in enclosure, giving you privacy while you splash and play in the pool (brand new pool heater installed summer 2019).

The master bedroom features a king size bed and private access via sliding glass doors out to the pool. A flat-screen TV is hidden in a vintage armoire, and locally inspired artwork gives this room a tranquil and relaxing feel. The private master bathroom features his and her sinks, a beautiful vanity area with chrome finishes, and a walk-in shower with glass doors.

The second bedroom features a plush queen size bed and beautiful hardwood floors. The soft floral decor throughout the room makes the space feel soft and airy. This room features a classic dresser to keep your clothes and accessories organized, along with a flat-screen TV. A large window overlooks the property and allows natural light to come in. This bedroom is also just steps from the family bathroom.

The second bathroom features a new single vanity area, contemporary lighting, and a shower/tub combo with sliding glass doors. Each bathroom has plenty of plush towels for guests to use.

The third bedroom has a queen size bed. Room has a large window for plenty of natural light, and a flat-screen TV sits on top of the dresser. This bright and fun bedroom has a soft blue and white color scheme, beautiful hardwood floors and a subtle nautical theme.

Other things to note: Pets: ALL pets must be approved before and/or at time of reservation. If it is discovered that there is a pet on premises without approval, you will be required to vacate the property with no refund. Trailers are not allowed to be stored on property.
