This gorgeous two-bedroom condo overlooking the beach takes vacationing on the water to a whole new level. This beautiful condo sits a few floors above the white sandy beaches, overlooks the sort-style pool, and features an open concept floor plan that is perfect for both entertaining and relaxing.

As you enter the condo, the gourmet kitchen is immediately to your right. This spacious and fully equipped kitchen features beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gorgeous black and white tile backsplash, large sink with chrome finishes, custom cabinets, and a breakfast bar.

Whether you choose to stock up on groceries from down the street and cook meals at home or simply want to reheat leftovers from the restaurant down the road, this kitchen gives you all the space and gadgets you need to do it. The breakfast bar is a perfect place to set up snacks or drinks for friends and family. Three beautiful high-top stools make it a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine while engaging with those in the kitchen and in the spacious living room.

Directly off the kitchen is a formal dining area. This formal dining area features a round glass top table and seating for four under a contemporary light fixture. Simple touches, such as the combination of soft blues, grays, whites, glass, and chrome come together to create a peaceful place to enjoy a meal together.

The formal dining room flows directly into the comfortable living area. This beautiful space features gorgeous hardwood flooring, upscale leather furniture, a vintage-inspired entertainment system, and a beautiful flat screen TV. While guests appreciate the wide selection ofTV channels, it can be hard to focus on the TV when you have a gorgeous view of the ocean right outside. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors serve as an entryway from the living room to the private patio.

The shaded patio area features tables and chairs, creating a tranquil place to enjoy coffee in the morning or dinner at night. From the patio, you have unobstructed views of the resort-style pool and the beach in the distance.

This contemporary condo has two fantastic bedrooms. The master suite features a king size bed and beautiful wooden bed frame and nightstand set. Guests staying in this room have private access out to the patio. There is a flat-screen TV that sits on top of a contemporary-style dresser, and two decorative light fixtures on each side of the bed for bedtime reading. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower with shower bench, rain shower features, and sliding glass doors. There is also an elegant vanity area with chrome finishes and plenty of plush towels.

The second bedroom features two twin beds with name-brand linens and soft pillows and comforters. The soft brown and green color scheme of this room, combined with the subtle island theme décor, makes a perfect place for kids or adults to get a great night’s sleep. This bedroom is just steps from the second family bathroom, which is complete with a shower/tub combo with sliding glass doors and a new vanity area.

From this unit, you are just a short elevator ride down to the ground floor. Located next to the elevator is the laundry facility. The resort-style swimming pool is just a short walk from the unit, and as a guest in the South Seas Towers Condominium Complex, you have access to all the complex’s luxury amenities. You are also just minutes from the grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, bars, and shopping venues.

The pictures were in filter mode, as the unit was not quite as polished as it looked online. Definitely a year round rental unit. Thinly stocked kitchen, counter top bar stools at a bar height counter couldn’t be used due to the height difference. A call to the property manager quickly resolved dead lightbulbs and broken knife block, seems like it needs someone to restock and take care. Out of the hands of anyone, but annoying none the less, dryers building wide were out for several weeks resulting in a long walk to the next building, and one of the elevators was unusable. We wouldn’t mind staying at South Seas again, just not this unit. Note: basically no grill area if you like to eat in. The “BBQ” is down the street and charcoal only, like a state park. The pool was nice and they just replaced all of the chairs. Be ready for an additional $100 per car fee upon arrival.
