The beautiful lounge area features floor-to-ceiling sliding glass windows that overlook the private patio and out into the ocean. This living space features a conversational seating area with a plush sofa with matching loveseat and an oversized rocking armchair.
Everyone in the family can find their favorite spot in front of the sleek flat-screen TV and enjoy a family movie night. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors create a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor living.
The living room flows into the formal dining room; an elegant space to enjoy a family-style dinner. This dining space features a round dining room table and seating for four. A floor-to-ceiling mirrored wall adds depth and light to the area, and an elegant light fixture hangs from the ceiling to provide plenty of light. This is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast as a family, or prop open your laptops, connect to the Wi-Fi, and plan your adventures for the day.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar which features three bistro-style seats, perfect for a quick breakfast. The kitchen is complete with modern appliances, expansive counter space, dual sinks, custom cabinets, and all of the kitchen appliances you'll need to cook just like you do at home.
Use the microwave to reheat your leftovers from the taco place down the street, or take advantage of all of the kitchen gadgets, utensils, bakeware, and dishes to cook a dinner your family will love. This recently updated kitchen features a kettle, gourmet knife set, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and plenty of glass and plastic ware. Early birds can brew coffee in the Keurig and sneak out to the balcony each morning.
This modern luxury retreat features two private bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, covered in beautiful name brand linens and plenty of soft pillows. Guests in this bedroom have private access out to the balcony via floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. A vintage-inspired dresser allows guests to keep all of their belongings organized, and a flat-screen TV is perfect for a guest who wants to sneak away and watch their favorite shows. The master bathroom features a beautifully tiled walk-in shower enclosed in glass, expansive vanity area, and hotel-quality towels.
The second bedroom has two full size beds. The navy blue and seafoam green color scheme in this room reflect the beautiful colors of the ocean below. Designer touches such as high-end linens, soft pillows, and warm color tones make this a relaxing place for both kids and adults. This bedroom has a flat-screen TV and is just steps from the family bathroom. The family bathroom has a tub/shower combo, single vanity area, and is located right off of the living room for added convenience.
As soon as you walk through the front door, you'll be able to see directly out of the sliding glass doors, onto the patio, and see the ocean. This shady balcony has plenty of outdoor seating so guests can sit back, enjoy a glass of wine, and take in the view.
Located 11 stories above the lush green spaces of the resort, this private balcony offers unobstructed views of the resort and the beach. As a guest here, you have exclusive access to all of the resort’s amenities.

Registration– You must register with the South Seas Northwest Condominium Association located in the Tower 3 office so that the association can maintain current occupancy information and to obtain your permanent parking pass.

Your vehicle’s License Plate Number.
$100 Registration Fee (includes 1 vehicle, each addition vehicle is $100 (fee is subject to change)
