There’s no shortage of luxury properties tucked along the water and under palm trees in Marco Island. However, there are a few ultra-luxury homes that stand out above the rest. 673 Spinnaker is one of those homes.

Located in one of the most affluent neighborhoods on the island, this stunning home is a short walk to Tigertail Beach and close to local restaurants, coffee shops, walking trails, and charming boutiques.

As you approach the front door, you’ll notice the beautifully landscaped front yard, complete with native bushes and colorful flowers. While the garage contains all your beach amenities it does not have room for a vehicle.

When you enter the home you’ll notice the soaring ceilings, immaculate luxury plank flooring, contemporary furniture, and tall windows overlooking the pool. The front living area has two comfortable luxury couches, and a massive flat-screen TV. This spacious living area sits directly off of the gourmet kitchen.

The chef’s kitchen has every appliance you need to cook just as you do at home. This large kitchen has gorgeous granite counters, an expansive breakfast bar with bistro-style seating, center island, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, elegant backsplash, and drawers full of every kitchen gadget you’d ever need.

Brew coffee in the mornings and enjoy it out on the patio, or use the microwave, flat top stove, blender, and toaster to make a five-star breakfast for your family. Large sinks and a whisper-quiet dishwasher make cleanup a breeze, and smooth granite countertops give you plenty of space to prepare meals for your family.

There are multiple sliding glass doors throughout the first floor that allows for easy access to the patio and pool. High-end lounge furniture creates a cool and comfortable place to relax in the shade. A bubbling hot tub waterfalls into the pool and is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine. Luxury loungers surround the pool so guests can soak up the Florida sun in comfort.

This home has five private bedrooms. There are four bedrooms on the first floor and an additional bedroom upstairs.
The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a plush king-size bed, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and French doors lead from the bedroom out to the patio, making it easy to sneak out for a swim at sunset. Large windows allow for plenty of natural light, and a flat-screen TV means you can watch all of your favorite shows from the comfort of your bed.

The upstairs master bedroom is a retreat similar to the one downstairs. It has the same color scheme, flat-screen TV, plush linens, King size bed, and large windows. There is access from this room out to a private second-story balcony overlooking the pool.

The next bedroom/den is located on the first floor and has a Queen bed and window overlooking the front of the property. The fourth bedroom has two twin size beds, large windows, and a private bathroom. The fifth bedroom is equipped with a Queen.

The bathrooms in this home feature spacious walk-in showers, deep tubs, granite counters, spacious vanity areas, and a chic combination of glass, chrome, and tile make them spa-like retreats tucked away from the rest of the house. These luxurious bathrooms are perfect for washing away the sand after a busy day at the beach or relaxing in a deep garden tub after a busy day of shopping.

Other impressive features that make this home a perfect place to escape include: Smart home technology, fast Wi-Fi, full-size laundry room, BBQ, two tandem kayaks, beach accessories, and kids equipment.

This home is one of the most talked-about vacation rentals in the area, and will change the way you vacation!

Don't Plan Your Winter Escape with "Island Escapes"

We rented this home in August 2022. The home was sold in Nov 2022 and the new owner made some changes that Island Escapes did not relay to us. We chose this house because it provided a pack n play and a 2 car garage. I called to confirm the pack n play and was told it was not available. It took several emails and calls to have Island Escapes finally provide one. Upon arrival we could not find a garage door opener - we were told garage was not accessible. Island Escapes knew that we would have 3 cars and with the restrictions of no street parking we needed the garage. After many phone calls an opener was provided. However, only one small car can fit. We arrived on February 4th and after a long trip we thought we would barbecue; barbecue did not work. Two days later Island Escapes provided the propane gas for the grill. Grill was well used, however, it was not thoroughly cleaned. Inaccurately advertised as 5 bedrooms. The 5th is actually a converted den which sits directly off the main area; no closet and no real privacy. Front door combination lock broke and it took 2 days until it was fixed. This was a major inconvenience. Coffee maker needs to be upgraded as well as glassware. No local channels on the TV only cable. The Xfinity system did not have a cable Box. Our biggest issue was that the pool and spa broke down on Monday of our second week and management did not get it fixed until Thursday. We had 3 1⁄2 hot days with no pool or spa (everything was shut down). When it was finally fixed the repairman indicated it was a small part which took less than 5 minutes to replace. Management said they would speak to owner about compensation and we would be advised once we returned home. Management did not and has not provided good customer service. We have been home since 2/19 and have received nothing. There were too many things that went wrong and customer service from management was the worst. Island Escapes needs to do better. Thank you for your feedback. Although we value our tenant feedback, we like to steer away from the untruthful ones, as it might have a negative impact when others want to enjoy this 5 star home. We had received your request for the pack and play prior to your reservation, and the homeowner was generous enough to purchase one, and have it delivered prior to your arrival. We did communicate this with you as soon as we were made aware. Additionally, please note that any and all communications regarding the garage space is visually available via the description, which is used prior to booking a home. All of our homes are fully accessible on our website for viewing photos and descriptions so that you may make your decision on a home that best fits your needs. The credible item, that unfortunately, we were unable to foresee it malfunctioning during your stay is the pool and jacuzzi heat , to which, we tried to rectify as soon as possible, and apologize as we are at the mercy of our vendors. We really do hope that you come back and enjoy our little piece of paradise.
