Registration– You must register with the South Seas Northwest Condominium Association located in the Tower 3 office so that the association can maintain current occupancy information and to obtain your permanent parking pass.

$100 Registration Fee (includes 1 vehicle, each addition vehicle is $100 (fee is subject to change per association)

To get here, you’ll drive through the scenic, tree-lined streets of Marco Island towards the water. The South Seas Condominium community is an iconic landmark on the island, and the sleek white architecture pops against the blue sky and sparkling water. When you arrive, park in the parking lot, walk through the sliding glass doors, take the elevator up to the 18th floor and find your beautiful end unit waiting for you.
When you walk in, you’ll notice how the front foyer immediately opens to a bright and airy living space, full of natural light and decorated with ocean-inspired decor and modern furniture. The open-concept layout of the condo allows each room to flow effortlessly into the next, creating a spacious entertainment space with incredible views.
The fully equipped kitchen is mostly white and features modern subway tile backsplash, granite counters, custom cabinets, and stainless-steel appliances. The designer kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker, full-size refrigerator, microwave, whisper-quiet dishwasher, and drawers packed with utensils, kitchen gadgets, and other essentials. Swing by the grocery store and stock the cabinets and refrigerator with your family’s favorite snacks and use the elevated breakfast bar for a convenient place to have breakfast before heading down to the beach. The center island features four high-top seats, creating a comfortable place for everyone to enjoy dinner together. When you’re not using this central space for a family-style dinner, prop open your laptop, connect to the Wi-Fi, and get some work done while overlooking the ocean.
The kitchen flows right into the living room. This sun-filled space has a sand-colored sofa and matching armchair in front of a wall-mounted picture frame flat-screen TV. The wall of windows fills the room with natural light and offers incredible views from every seat in the house. This central living room is perfect for a movie night or playing games together after spending the day at the pool. Push open the sliding glass doors and expand the living room out to the patio.
There is another sitting area tucked against the living room wall of windows. Sit here and read a good book in the sun or enjoy a cocktail and quiet time looking out over the beach!
The two bedrooms are tucked off the living room area for peace and privacy. The master bedroom is a sunny escape from the rest of the home. Complete with a King size bed, high-end linens, handcrafted wooden furniture, and beautiful imported ceramic plank faux-wood flooring, this bedroom is the perfect space to relax after a day exploring the island. Guests in this room can watch their favorite shows on the flat-screen TV without leaving the comfort of their bed and have private access out to the balcony. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors make it easy to sneak out to the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee and watch the sleepy resort come awake.
The master bathroom is a stylish and sophisticated blend of white tilework, chrome and glass finishes, and subtle earthy accents. The walk-in shower is enclosed in glass and has rain-shower features, and the elegant vanity area has plenty of hidden storage.
The second bedroom has a modern Queen size bed, beach-themed decor, and a gorgeous headboard with matching nightstands. A comfortable wicker egg chair sits in the corner, just waiting to be used for some afternoon reading or as a spot to open your laptop and get some work done.
The second full bathroom also has a spacious glass-enclosed shower with rain-shower features. Enjoy a long steamy shower here after a long day of shopping or rinse off real quick in between a day at the pool and a delicious dinner out on the town.
The expansive balcony is an extension of the home and offers breathtaking views of the beach. Start your mornings with breakfast, coffee, and beach views from this shady balcony, or bring dinner and cocktails out here as a perfect end to a perfect day.
