This two-bedroom, two-bathroom corner unit located in the South Seas community is not your traditional beach condo. Recently upgraded with high-end furniture, gorgeous designer fixtures and finishes, state-of-the-art appliances and luxurious attention to detail, this condo will change the way you think about vacation rentals. With sweeping views of the resort, two private balconies, and a sleek chef’s kitchen, this weekly rental has everything you need for a perfect island vacation.
When you walk through the front door, the first thing you’ll want to do is put your suitcases down and take a tour. As you move through the front foyer you’ll find yourself surrounded by sleek white tilework, natural sunlight, and subtle beach-themed decor.
The gourmet kitchen is immediately to your left and is a sophisticated combination of glass, granite, and chrome for a modern yet comfortable feel. The roomy kitchen is fully equipped and has an elevated breakfast bar that leads into the living room. Keep your groceries organized in the large stainless steel refrigerator or in the rows of spacious kitchen cabinets. Use the expansive counter space to prepare meals and snacks for your family, or use the microwave to reheat leftovers from the local cafe down the street. The large sink and whisper-quiet dishwasher make it easy to clean up after a meal. While there are plenty of restaurants on the island to try, on the nights when you want to stay in, you’ll love everything this kitchen has to offer.
Another unique aspect of this kitchen is the dedicated workspace. A small portion of the kitchen counter has been converted to a laptop-friendly workstation, complete with outlets for charging your devices and a simple (but comfortable) desk chair. This workstation looks out over the living room and the balcony, making it a great place to check emails and get work done.
In between the kitchen and the living room is the formal dining area. This well-lit space features a classic dining room table and seating for six. Tucked up against a wall of windows, this space is the perfect place for a family lunch after a morning on the beach.
As you move through the home you’ll enter the main living room. This mostly white space gets a lot of natural sunlight through the sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony. Here you’ll find two grey-toned sofas in front of a glass-top coffee table and a flat-screen TV. The plush area rug adds a pop of color to the room, and a wall of windows allows for unobstructed views from every seat in the living room. This is a comfortable place to relax, watch a movie, or prop open your laptops and plan your adventures for the day.
If you plan on spending time outside on vacation, you’ll love the private balcony. Push open the sliding glass doors and step out onto the shady balcony that overlooks the lush landscaping of the resort, swaying palm trees, and the resort-style community pool. Outdoor lounge furniture makes it a comfortable place to enjoy coffee in the mornings or dinner with a view.
The layout of this two-bedroom condo makes it easy for guests to come together in the living areas without bothering those looking for a little rest in the bedrooms. There is one bedroom on each side of the home. The master bedroom is spacious and features a King size bed, plush carpeting, floor-to-ceiling windows, a mirrored accent wall, contemporary light fixtures, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo hidden behind sliding glass doors. The second bedroom features two twin beds, and the guest bathroom just outside.
When you stay in this beautiful high rise, you have the entire space to yourself. You have access to all of the apartment’s rooms and features, as well as all of the five-star amenities the South Seas Towers are known for. This includes exclusive resident access to the community swimming pool, lounge areas, and tennis courts. From this condo, you’re a short drive from local grocery stores, coffee shops, retail stores, locally owned beach boutiques, patio cafes, restaurants, and the beach.
Come spend a week (or two!) in this recently upgraded high rise and experience Marco Island like a local.
