Boats may be parked in a driveway on a temporary basis, not to exceed eight (8) hours for the purpose of loading, unloading, and cleaning. Trailers are not allowed to be stored on property. (City Ordinance Sec. 50-37) We recommend Rose Marina or Walker Marina!

This room is next to the family bathroom, which has a tub/shower combo behind sliding glass doors and a single vanity.
For your convenience, a full laundry room is located off of the kitchen. A full-size washer and dryer make it easy to stay on top of laundry while you’re on vacation, and a sink area, and laundry essentials complete the space.
