924 Loyalty is a modern three bedroom pool home located in an affluent community in the heart of Marco Island. This recently refurbished home offers top of the line appliances, high-end decor, and a spacious outdoor entertainment area. This home is just minutes from local restaurants, coffee shops, sidewalk boutiques and of course, the beach.
This home has a beautifully landscaped front yard, dotted with tall palm trees and native bushes and shrubs. A long driveway provides plenty of space to park, and a simple walkway leads under a dramatic archway and to the front door. As you enter the home, you’ll notice a spacious living room, complete with tiled floors, a sofa and two armchairs, and modern artwork and lighting. This front living area has a large window overlooking the front of the property and is a quiet space to have a quiet conversation or catch up on a good book.
The front living area transitions into a formal dining room. The dining room has a vintage dining room table, refurbished and painted a cool blue, along with seating for four. Enjoy lunch with your family while looking out over the pool. To the left of the dining room is the gourmet kitchen and to the right is the master bedroom.
Guests love this fully furnished kitchen for many reasons. This updated space gives guests plenty of space to move about while offering stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting and architecture, granite countertops, custom cabinets and small trinkets and tools to make guests feel at home. A large sliding glass window over the sink looks out over the pool and makes it easy for guests to pass chips and salsa out to hungry swimmers.
A large family room sits off of the gourmet kitchen and has a leather sofa set in front of a wall mounted flat screen TV. Floor to (almost) ceiling windows overlook the pool and can slide open for effortless indoor/outdoor living. The tan and blue color scheme of this living area mirrors the colors of the ocean right down the street, and the beach inspired artwork bring it all together.
A smaller breakfast area jets off of this main living room and is complete with an elegant round dining table and seating for four under a contemporary light fixture. This is a great place to pop open your laptop and connect with friends back home or have breakfast as a family.
Outside, a shaded backyard oasis gives guests a private place to beat the Florida heat. The shaded lanai features two sections: a dining area and a living area. The living area has upscale outdoor couch and armchairs that add a pop of color to the space. The outdoor dining area features a large cast iron table and seating for six. A whisper quiet ceiling fan keeps a cool breeze circulation through the space. The private pool is completely screened in, and the pool deck provides plenty of room for guests to lounge out in the sun. The backyard is completely fenced in, and a spacious backyard gives guests plenty of room to run and play. Palm trees line the backyard to add to the tropical island feel, and outside of the screened in enclosure is a more intimate sitting area in the sun. This home is designed to give guests plenty of large open common areas, along with cozy nooks for peace and quiet
At the end of the day, you’ll be thankful for these three luxurious bedrooms to come home to. The master bedroom has a plush King size bed, high-end linens, vintage nightstands, and a soft color palette makes this room feel calm and peaceful. This master suite has a private bathroom with glass enclosed walk-in shower, elegant vanity area and plenty of plush towels. There are sliding glass doors that give guests private access out to the pool.
The second bedroom has two twin size beds, covered with bright and fun bedspreads to add color and personality to the room. This bedroom has a large dresser, flat screen TV and fish-themed decor. This is a great room for kids or adults and is just steps from the family bathroom.
The third bedroom is located on the other side of the house and has blue and gray color tones, an upscale King size bed, a wicker dresser, flat screen TV and large window overlooking the side of the home.
