When you enter the home you’ll notice the soaring ceilings and large windows that fill the home with sunlight. There is a sunny breakfast nook to the right of the front door, complete with a picnic-table-inspired seating area. This is a great place to plug in your laptop and get some work done before a busy day exploring the island.
The front living room has two grey-toned leather sofas, soft accent pillows, and a plush area rug. This grey and white living room features decorative light fixtures and a modern wooden entertainment center with a sleek flat-screen TV in the middle. Sliding glass doors take up most of the rear wall and offer unobstructed views of the pool and patio.
Just off the main living room is the gourmet kitchen. This bright and airy space provides plenty of room for guests to move throughout the kitchen and a breakfast bar that is perfect for eating a quick snack before jumping in the pool. The fully furnished kitchen features granite counters, spacious cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and kitchen gadgets like a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and drawers full of utensils and bakeware. The double sink and dishwasher make it easy to clean up after a family meal, and there is a high-top glass top table just off the kitchen that looks out over the pool.
The family game room is surrounded by windows and is a comfortable place to spend time together. Try out the shuffleboard, a game of foosball, or start a game of cards at the high-top table. It overlooks the pool and gets sunshine all day!
With so many people working remotely and running their own businesses, there is a demand for vacation rentals with designated workspaces. The master bathroom features a deep soaking tub in the corner, expansive vanity with double sinks, and a spacious shower. The whole space is decorated with subtle beach accents to help you slip into vacation mode.
